• High School Diploma
• Previous coaching experience preferred
• A commitment to provide student athletes with a positive sports experience
• Must have positive energy and a love of working with students that exhibit a variety of skills and behaviors
• Availability to work after school hours and evenings 
• Strong organizational skills 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•   Responsible for teaching fundamental skills in volleyball and basketball for Grades 1-6
•   Responsible for organizing and leading after school practices 2 times a week, September-February
•   Work in collaboration with the Youth Director and High School Coaches
•   Will be available during Greater Kalamazoo Youth League games.
•   Will participate in Youth Volleyball, Basketball nights at the High School games
•   Effectively communicate with parents
